It is important for us to earn a “sincere smile from our customers” by offering them high-quality products and superb service that would satisfy them and give then reason to come back time and again to enjoy a perfect vacation in naturally scenic surroundings, catching trout or sampling other delicious fare :) MISSION The objective of Oxforell Holiday Centre is to be at a high level in terms of service in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and return visits. •Oxforell Puhkekeskus wants to offer on the market in the next three years distinctive and diverse products and services that would offer activities for all visitors year-round. •Earning a profit and thereby contributing to the development of Estonia's tourism sector as well as the social fabric. •Offering a nice, home-like environment for overnight stays, enjoying nature and opportunities for various recreational activities for visitors both from abroad and within Estonia. •We try to keep up with the times and fine-tune our products and services pursuant to quality standards. OBJECTIVES •To secure a lasting place for ourselves in the Estonian tourism sector; •To achieve the optimum price to quality ratio; •To win over the more thrifty and more demanding visitor segments; •To continue to join forces with new cooperation partners; •To achieve a good reputation among visitors from outside Estonia as well as within Estonia; •We plan in future to implement a quality programme in our company, in the course of which the holiday centre will garner “Märk Kindlast Arengust” certification; •We offer our visitors emotions through their use of services; •The holiday centre team has put itself in its customers’ shoes, which ensures visitor satisfaction with their visit; •The holiday centre team is customer-centred and flexible.
