Renting the entire property for 24 hours includes the following:

· Hunting lodge + sauna

· Main house + sauna

· Sauna house + sauna

· Cottages (3)

· Seminar room

· Tent sites area

· Sheltered seating for up to 100

· Volleyball court

+ HOT TUB 1 000.- (for an extra fee)

The entire complex can house a total of 103 people (including extra places). There are additional tent sites.

Good to know:

Prices do not apply for the Midsummer and New Year’s holidays!
When you make a reservation by telephone or e-mail, we require payment of a booking fee of 1000 EEK within 5 business days.
Good to know: The reservation fee is non-refundable.
You can pay the reservation fee by transfer, card or in person in cash.
If you are paying by bank transfer, put your name, the name of the house and the rental date in the payment details.
Companies can also pay in advance or with letter of guarantee.
If the reservation fee has not been received by us within 5 business days, we will no longer hold the reservation for you.
We will sign a rental agreement with you and charge a 2000 EEK security deposit for each cottage, which we will return to you upon checking out (as long as the cottage and everything in it is in proper order and untrammelled).
The person who assumes responsibility for the rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age!
The rental agreement is signed on the spot upon checking in.
If minor children will participate in your event, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the event.
